My mother-in-law makes the most delicious cornflake candy. Seriously, they're delicious. Everyone calls them Baby Ruth Bars, and other than banana pudding, they are my hubby's favorites! And, they are super easy to make! He made them for us yesterday, and I'm pretty sure our little man loves them as much as his daddy!
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of white Karo syrup
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
6 cups of Corn Flakes
2/3 cup of peanuts (optional)
In a large pot, heat peanut butter on medium. Add both sugars and syrup until it is smooth and melted together. Then take it off the stove and mix in the Corn Flakes and peanuts. Pour into a greased 9x13 container. Let set until hardened together. Cut and serve.
