Time flies when you're having fun! It's been so long since I've shared anything on here, and well, to be honest, I've missed it. I love to write, but we've been so busy that time has just gotten away from me. Summer has come and gone, and now here we are again ... my favorite time of year ... Fall! There are so many awesome things that happen between September and the end of November, and here are just a few of the things I'm looking forward to:
Football
Tailgating
Keeneland Horse Racing
Halloween
Thanksgiving
Soup
Changing of the Colors (If you've never seen our beautiful mountains change colors, it's worth a trip to see us in October. We'd love to have you!)
Warm Kentucky Days, Cool Kentucky Nights
Toasty Fires
Roasting Marshmallows
Hot chocolate
And most importantly ... lots of time with family!
Speaking of football, here's a War Eagle moment before I sign off ...
What are you looking forward to this Fall?

Become a Possibilitarian!
I was looking at one of my favorite brand's blog page today, Curly Girl Designs, and came across a website of a truly fabulous artist named Kelly Rae Roberts. I was perusing through her site when I saw this:
At first glance, I thought about how cute it was and kept going. Then it hit me ... Become a Possibilitarian? What does that really mean? And, better yet ... am I one? So, now this one image has me thinking. What's possible today? What can I do today to make a difference? Can I change the world? The answer is YES! I can do anything I want to do today because anything is possible. As of today, this is my new motto. I'm a Possibilitarian! Are you?

Sweet Goodness
I have a new favorite place in Lexington. In fact, it's become somewhat of an addiction. An addiction I don't have to feel guilty about either. I find myself indulging in the sweet goodness at least twice a week. I'm talking about Orange Leaf, a frozen yogurt eatery. If you haven't been to yet, I suggest you make the trip ...like now!

Some might say the reason they love it so much is the low calorie frozen yogurt. There are over 12, maybe even 15, possible flavors and combinations.

But, here's my thought on that: If they say that, they're lying. That's like when men say they go to Hooters for the wings. Let me explain ... It's more than the yogurt ... It's everything that comes with it ... The atmosphere, the fun and, well, the toppings (sorry for the inappropriate, unintended pun).
Now, when I said I don't have to feel guilty about my new addiction, it's because the goodness or the sinfulness is determined by the toppings. You can choose fruits, candy bars, sauces, cereal, marshmallows, gummy bears ... Anything you can imagine!

My personal favorite concoction is this: confetti cake froyo with kiwi, strawberries, bananas and sprinkles.

And I can't leave out this picture. It's so more much fun to eat with cool utensils!

From what I hear, I'm not the only one with an Orange Leaf addiction. I follow Coach Cal on Twitter, and he's mentioned his froyo passion once or twice too!
Check out their website for locations, flavors and nutritional values. You won't be sorry! Check it out.
Cheers, Rian
